By accessing or using our website and services, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). 11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
